Consultation & Appointments

We recommend obtaining a referral from your GP (family doctor) or specialist before scheduling a consultation or procedure.
Your doctor can send the referral directly to us via email, fax, or mail.

Referral Review:

• All referrals are reviewed within 24–48 hours by our clinical staff.

• Referrals are triaged based on clinical need.

• You will be contacted directly by our practice once your referral has been reviewed.

 What Happens Next?

 After assessment, we will contact you to arrange either:

• A consultation appointment, or

• A procedure booking.

• Gastrointestinal cancer screening and management
• Reflux Disease, Barrett’s esophagus
• Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) – Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease
• Anemia
• GI bleeding
• Obesity, Eating Disorders, Weight loss
• Coeliac disease
• Pancreatic conditions
• Colon polyps
• Gastric /Duodenal ulcers
• Hepatology
• Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

To schedule a consultation or procedure, we request that you or your referring doctor provide:

• Contact details (including Medicare/DVA and Health Fund information)

• Medical history

• A list of current medications (including aspirin, supplements, and vitamins)

• Any known allergies

• Relevant x-rays, scans, or ultrasounds

• Blood test results from the past 12 months

• A completed Patient Information & Consent Form (available on request)

• A current list of medications

• Any blood test results

• Relevant imaging reports (ultrasound, CT scans, etc.)
